Every time you cruise down PGA Blvd you look off to the side and see an empty space. Question is what is going there and how long is it going to take?

Just received a call from Louis Swart of Pacific Santa Fe. He had his attorneys send a cease and desist letter to the group opposing the Edenrock project. The complaint was primarily the dissemination of false information. Edenrock alternatives quickly folded and immediately informed him of the following:
1. They immediately dismantled their website.
2. All committee members formally resigned...including Jim Cox and Bill Walter.
3. They have stopped all requests for funds from PGA WEST residents.
4. They will not use the registered name of "Edenrock".
The Planning Commission meeting, which was originally scheduled of April 24th, has been rescheduled to May 8th.
We will advise you of any additional changes as they occur.
